Refund policy

Because each case is handmade to order, we accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition, free of wear, and packaged securely.

If your case arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately — we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work and the natural variation in leather, slight differences in texture or finish are considered part of the character of each piece and are not regarded as defects.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at contact@alphonsegallery.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond promptly with next steps.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
